AUDX provides consulting, coordination, administrative support, and business support services.
Our role is to assist clients with documentation, coordination, compliance processes, administrative requirements, and communication with relevant third-party providers where appropriate.
Certain services may involve coordination with independent third-party professionals, service providers, accountants, auditors, corporate service providers, banks, payment processors, and government authorities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, AUDX does not provide legal services, legal representation, statutory audit services, financial advisory services, investment advice, tax advice, or any regulated activity requiring a professional license not held by AUDX Limited.

Nothing provided by AUDX shall be construed as:
Clients should seek independent professional advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making legal, tax, financial, investment, or business decisions.
To facilitate certain services, AUDX may coordinate with independent third-party providers including corporate service providers, accountants, auditors, compliance providers, banks, payment processors, technology providers, and government agencies.
AUDX does not control and cannot guarantee the decisions, timelines, approvals, actions, performance, or outcomes of third-party providers.
Any agreement between a client and a third-party provider remains separate from AUDX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to:
AUDX shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or complications arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or delayed information supplied by the client.
Fees shall be communicated before commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to pay all service fees, government charges, filing fees, registration fees, compliance costs, banking fees, payment processing fees, and third-party expenses associated with the requested services.
AUDX reserves the right to suspend work where invoices remain unpaid beyond the applicable payment period.
AUDX Limited is committed to providing professional consulting, coordination, administrative, and business support services.
Because many of our services involve professional time, expertise, document preparation, compliance work, administrative processing, and coordination with third parties, refunds are subject to the terms below.
A client may be eligible for a refund where AUDX is unable to deliver the agreed service due solely to circumstances within AUDX's reasonable control and where no substantial work has been performed.
Where no government fees, filing fees, third-party charges, professional fees, or administrative expenses have been incurred, AUDX may issue a full refund.
Refunds will generally not be available where:
Government fees, registry fees, filing fees, regulatory charges, banking fees, and third-party professional fees are non-refundable once incurred.
AUDX cannot guarantee company registration approvals, banking approvals, payment gateway approvals, government approvals, or third-party approvals.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If AUDX cancels a consultation before it occurs, the client may choose either a full refund or rescheduling.
Clients may request cancellation of services in writing.
Any refund, if applicable, shall be determined after considering work completed, resources allocated, and expenses incurred.
Clients agree to contact AUDX first regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals.
AUDX reserves the right to provide contracts, invoices, communications, work records, and supporting evidence to payment processors in response to disputes or chargebacks.
AUDX does not guarantee:
All outcomes remain subject to external factors beyond AUDX's control.
AUDX shall take reasonable measures to protect confidential information received during an engagement.
